Xiaomi does not slow down the pace and presents another mid-range smartphone. This time it is Redmi Y3, which was prepared for selfie lovers.
The Xiaomi company recently launched the Redmi 7 model , which immediately went on sale in Poland . Now it has been joined by the twin model Redmi Y3 , which stands out for its better front camera.
Redmi Y3, or Redmi 7 in a new release
The novelty of the Redmi brand, which was introduced in India, can be described as an alternative version of Redmi 7 . Both devices have 6.26-inch IPS LCD screens with HD + resolution (1520 x 720 pixels) with small indentations for the front cameras.
The screen is protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 5 tempered glass , which can also be found at the back. The rear panel is clearly contoured and has a characteristic gradient. The company defines the design with the name "Aura Prism".
In addition to the red and the blue variant with a gradient, a version with a black housing will appear. The Redmi Y3 has a microUSB connector, a 3.5 mm Jack headphone jack and an infrared diode on the top edge that allows you to use your phone as a universal remote control. The plus is a tray for two SIM cards and a microSD card.
Redmia Y3 with front camera 32MP
The difference with the regular Redmi 7 is the front camera. The Chinese this time did not use the 8 megapixel module, and the more advanced 32 megapixel sensor with 0.8 micron pixel and optics with a brightness of f / 2.2. This camera has the option of combining data from neighboring pixels, which improves the quality of selfies performed in lower light conditions.
This solution is supported by artificial intelligence, on which the mode of beautifying photographs was based. The front module in the Redmi Y3 supports HDR mode and electronic image stabilization (EIS), which minimizes shake during "hand-held shooting".
The rest of the specification is the same as in Redmi 7, which means that the equipment is equipped with a Snapdragon 632 system , a 4000 mAh battery or a dual camera with 12MP and 2 megapixels.
Redmi Y3 - price and availability
The novelty Xiaomi went on sale in India, where, depending on the color version, it is priced at:
